Hi I'm about to start building my pc and I don't want to spend to much on a motherboard. I am not planning on overclocking at all and i was wondering if I would be okay with getting a ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 ATX AM3+ for a AMD FX-6300 6 core processor. If not do you have any suggestions on the cheapest one I could get. On Pcpartpicker it says it might possibly need a BIOS Update. Does it need one and if so how do i get it. Thank you in advance.

I am not sure about the BIOS update, but if you're needing help with motherboards I've found a site that may help you. http://www.squidoo.com/Motherboards-Intel
Usually PC picker is pretty reliable, so if it says that update is possible, I would say it's probably accurate.
