Unable to recognize USB hard disk - Provide Ideas to Debug

    Issues:

    1. BIOS throwing "PCI routing table error"
    2. USB Hard Disk: Seagate FreeAgent Go 320 GB is not detected both in BIOS set-up as well when OS (Windows XP and linux - Puppy, PartedMagic) is up and running.

    Settings:
    ----------
    1. BIOS setup is enabled with both Legacy and Enhanced USB Support
    2. Able to perform USB Grub boot to linux using kingston 2GB USB per drive.
    3. Other devices like ADSL USB modem are also functional connected to other port.
    4. Seen the following in the Hardware Information list against USB category

    EHCI Host Controller
    |---- Data Traveller 2.0
    UHCI Host Controller
    |---- USB Network Interface
    |---- Unknown USB 1.10 Device (Class 2)

    Characteristics of motherboard
