USB 3.0 Ports capability not working with my USB 3.0 Device

Hello Guys, I have the following motherboard asus m4a88t-v evo usb3. I pluged my Segate USB3.0 HardDrive to transfer my stuff, unfortunately my computer did not recoginize the HD. But when i plug a normal USB 2.0 things in the USB 3.0 Slot, it works normally. Can anyone please help me get this fixed. I have enabled the USB 3.0 from BIOS, also i think i have all of the drivers also. PS: My HD does work in the 2.0 slot with a 3.0 cable. Thank you in Advance. :)
