I'm trying to have WOL working with a VH6T mother board and a Realtek 8139
    lan card under Linux.

Every setting seems to be ok, but, at shutdown, the network card doesn't
    stay power on.
So it cant decode the magic packet. How to keep the PCI bus power up?

    setting are:

    ethtool -s eth0 wol g
acpitool -W 2 (that enables the PCI for wakeup)

Check for a bios setting or a jumper.
