Tpcguid.h doesn't exist

Documentation for "Property GUIDs" says
"... GUIDs defined in Tpcguid.h (installed in c:\Program Files\Microsoft
Tablet PC Platform SDK\Include by default)."

However this file does not exist.

Can I assume that
INKRECOGNITIONPROPERTY_CONFIDENCELEVEL in msinkaut.h
is the same as the GUID_CONFIDENCELEVEL mentioned in the docs?
