Tyan Motherboards & Antec Neo HE 430 power supply

I have seen a lot of complaints about Antec's Neo HE 430 power supply,
mainly associated with ASUS motherboards. Claims have been made that
this power supply will not work with certain motherboards and in fact
might ruin them. Unfortunately, I heard about this after I bought one
online, however I have a S1854 Trinity 400. Has anyone here had any
problems using this power supply with a Tyan motherboard? (I need help
making a decision on whether or not to send this power supply back.)
