Hello,
has anyone figured out whether a S1832D can handle more than 1GB Ram or not
?

The S1832D is a BX-based mb (or at least I recall it is). Last I knew they
only took 256MB DIMMs so the max memory on a 1832D was 1GB. The S1837D did
come in a GX version so it can handle 2GB. But if you go looking for one
be careful you don't get a BX-based S1837D.
