Hi all,
I'm woring on a Ultra10 (333mhz cpu/375-0066 MB) with an on-board video
problem. I pulled the unit in, replaced the MB and installed the
original CPU. The Documents say it's compatable. When started , my TTY
output is just a couple lines of junk characters. I hooked this notebook
I'm using for the Milan terminal program, over to a Ultra 2 serial port
and got good output. I put the original cpu/MB combo back in and am
still getting garbage. I changed the serial port settings from rs-423 to
rs 232 and have not gotten any change. I've stripped it down to just the
cpu/MB/riser(un-used), no memory, no drives. Still getting garbage. I
checked the jumpers and they are all default values. Anyone seen this or
have any ideas?
Thanks,

Joe
