Hi,
I have a SeaGate 40GB harddisk with 4 partitions running on
Win98SE. 1 primary & 3 in logical. Suddenly i found my PC unable to
boot up. The hard disk is detected from BIOS. But I couldn't access
the partitions. so, i did "fdisk /mbr" after booting from a boot-disk.
Then i could only access my C drive. I am not able to see the logical
partition even in FDISK.Please guys, got any suggestions?

Thanks in Advance,
Ravindra.

Just in case, what size does it show your C drive as being?

If you have Partition Magic, run it and see what it says. Or, run
fdisk without any parameters, and it should tell you what partitions
you already have.

Hi Aaron,
I already checked that. The C drive is 10GB as it was
before. I checked it thru Fdisk. It's showing no partions apart fro C
drive.
Thanks,
Ravindra.
