What you are describing could be the symptoms of a failed keyboard. The
computer industry has progressed a long way since the days of the indestructable
classic 101-key IBM clicky keyboard which I am still using and will be buried
with in my grave (Mine was manufactured in May of 1989). The industry has
progressed backward. Keyboards sell for maybe $19 at Best Buy, Circuit City,
etc. A keyboard selling for that amount of money will wear out sooner or later,
probably sooner. The keyboard gave 4 1/2 years of good service. It owes you
