Updated to P4-3GHz on an Ax4SPE-N...

Hi,
updated my above mentioned MB to a 3gig P4 and suddenly my ATI X1950Pro
video card just crawls, if I insert the original 2,6GHz all is fine again.
Is it a BIOS issue?

Insufficient CPU cooling was the problem.
