upgrade power,supply Dell GX520

Ok hope someone can help i have a Dell GX520 and it has a 220w power supply whitch is way to small for any good video cards is there any other power supply i can get that will fit into my pc,i have the PCI adapter card installed
so i can put the new video card in if i can find a better power supply thanks.
