upgrading My computer need sugestion

My pc is 2.6 GHz P4, 512 DDR Ram,DvD+CDRW combo, 64 mb share memory
(dont have agp Slot I know it crappy)and some other stuff. I got a
buget around 100 US dollar and i wan to improve my pc on it speed . I
need your suggestion
