USB pins on Biostar P4M80-M7?

I have a Biostar mainboard, which has 4 USB sockets at the rear, and
also pins for 2 more front panel USB. However, the manual does not
describe which pin is what. I have seen in local parts shops 3
different adapter cables for adding USB sockets.
Anybody know what is what?
