v20z SCSI Power connector/ SATA?

I've got a v20z server, and I'm trying to figure out if there is any
reasonable way to put SATA drives in it. I can put a SATA RAID card in
it no problem, but the power supply doesn't have any standard power
connectors that I can find. There's a 5 pin power connector that runs
from the motherboard to the scsi backplane (I would be removing the
backplane, of course, to to put the SATA drives in the bays), but I am
unsure if this could somehow be adapted, I'm not sure what the pinout
on it is, or if it even supplies anything other than 12v and ground.
If anyone knows the pinout on this, or knows of an adapter, I'd
appreciate it. Or, for that matter, if anyone knows of another source
of power in this server that I can reasonably use to power a pair of
SATA drives. I can get my hands on 4-pin to SATA power cables, of
course!

Thanks,
Chris

The pinout isn't in the User manual (that I could see), but 5 pins
would make it proprietary, so no adapter would be available.

I'd start by taking my volt-meter and measuring the voltages on it,
and you'd probably find what you need for power there. Note, they
probably used standard colors used in PCs. Blk = Ground, red = +5V,
and yellow = +12V.

Of course, if you can move forward depends on what is there, but I'd
bet that everything is all set for you to just splice on what you need
to the existing power feed.

Unfortunately they didn't use the standard colors, all 5 wires are
black...I'll have to wait until I have a chance to shut the machine
down to test the wires.
