If you're already going to be spending two grand, you might as well
just splurge and get a Radeon 9800 Pro and really go all out.
Although reportedly the 9500 Pro and 9700 Pro cards are the exact same
coming off the exact same coming off the assembly line; the 9500 Pro
just has 4 of the pipelines disabeld so Radeon can sell a cheaper card
to people who want it, which is all well and good. The cool thing is
that there is some sort of software hack avaliable that will activate
those other 4 pipelines and turn your 9500 Pro into a 9700 Pro. Check

and here for the hack

That motherboard probably has 6 channel onboard audio, so there's not
much reason to get that sound card, unless your money is just really
burning a hole in your pocket.
I bought an MSI GeForce 4 Ti-4200 128mb video card w/ 8x support a
little while ago and after having to send two back, the third one I
got seems to be doing pretty good.
I put together a 2.66ghz p4 system w/ a half gig of 2700 ram and that
video card for an even $600, but I didn't need a hard drive or
monitor.
I think it'd also be a better idea to go with this power supply:

I've got it and it works great. They also make a 400 watt version
that's easier to come by and also has 3 cool led lights.
