Virtual Memory low Issue

If you get "low virtual Memory or "limited virtual memory", either
while running applications or during Startup, start off with the
general troubleshooting. (WINDOWS XP)

After suggesting all the solutions, if the issue remains unresolved,
dont give up!!. If you have access to the Internet, download SPYBOT /
Ad aware.
