W2100z (Java Workstation) and hard drive sizes

Hi, anyone know if this model will accept a 1.8" high Seagate drive?
I have one I bought 4 years ago, 18GB, and it looks to be SCSI or
SCSI-2. I know the controller in these are U320 SCSI, so maybe it
will still work with a proper adapter?

The Sun docs state that only 2x80GB ATA-100 drives are accepted.
Apparently there is some BIOS restriction in the W2100z? And also, it
looks like this workstation is very picky about using Sun type 7 USB
mice.
