FAXStf is now at 10.1.3. You might try to repair the disk privileges
using the Disk Utility and/or the Print Center Repair utility (available
via VersionTracker). The Add printer button should bring up a dialog
box that includes FAXStf as one of the classes of printer that can be
selected.
