Which processor for IS7-E2?

I currently have a 2.0ghz P4 processor on my IS7-E2 MB. I'd like to
go to a 3.0ghz or so. Does anyone know if this board will accept a
Prescott cpu or Northwood only?

If I were two faced, would I wear this one?

There is a table here. Looks to me like either would fit.
