Wiring the power switch GA-8ISXT

Hi, I have an old Fujitsu SCALE0 600 and had problems with the wiring. I have the Fujitsu wiring diagram but it does not tell me which wires go to which connector on the ATX jumpers. Basically I have 3 pairs of wires - White Green, White Red and Blue Black and I have no idea which ones go where on this section. Can any one help?
