X800 viewing Tv on the PC problem

I have an ATI Radeon X800 video card. Is it possible to watch TV through the
card onto the PC ?
I have installed all the latest drivers etc but cant seem to get a screen.
It is just black. Any ideas?

Also Can I use multimedia centre ?
