I purchased a GeForce 4200-TI quite a while ago. After like 10 or 11 months
the card died for some reason. I took it back to the shop where I purchased
it, but the dealer decided to be an asshole. So I called up XFX-Germany (I
live in Germany) and they told me to just send it in. So I sent them the
borked videocard without all the other crap (cables, cd's, etc). Not just 7
days later I received a package from XFX with a complete new videocard box.
Guess I can't complain about their service...
Bye
