XFX Geforce MX440 8X 128mb (version 3.3) - Safe to use in ASROCK K7S8X Mainboard?

ASROCK K7S8X Motherboard manual gives dire warnings about installing
3.3 volt card, is brand new MX440 at 8X going to be safe?

AGP slot has one long and one short set of connectors.

MX440 has three short sets on connectors.

Advice appreciated.

Yes, it will work fine, voltage is only higher with AGP 1x cards. What it
is saying is dont exceed 3.3 volts. AGP 2x is 3.3 volt, 4x is 1.5 volts and
8x is 0.75 volts. The original AGP 1.0 (1X) spec was 5 volts.
