PC was running W2K fine till I had to replace HD and re-install. (no
lightning zap or anything, and am running on a UPS)

Decided to try XP, and after install there was a yellow exclamation mark on
the video driver, and said something to the effect that the system bios did
not have enough information for windows to install the hardware. and I
should upgrade the BIOS. (but was fine before the HD swap..go figure).
Installed the drivers from the MB CD. No difference!. Downloaded the latest
drivers -KPLE_Win2KXP_3137( via ones too). Still no go
Tried W2K..same difference !. So I updated the bios to the latest 3.4
version...no difference! Re-installed W2K..still the same problem. with any
of the video drivers. Tried downgrading the bios back to 3.1...no
    difference.

I am about out of ideas, (and my head hurts), so if anyone can help it would
    be greatly appreciated.
