865PE Neo2-P CPU ratio selection

    I have a Northwood P4 B 2.4 rev.D1 on this board and it
    tells me the CPU ratio is locked.
    This is false as I had a BH7 before and was able to change the
    CPU multiplier(as well as the FSB).
    Perhaps did I miss something in the bios settings ?
