8rda3+ only in fail-safe

    I on a epox 8rda3+ but it's giving me trouble. When I try to see movies or play games the pc blocks
    or restarts after a while and sometimes when I trie to turn it on it doesn't do anything, I have to unplug
    the cable at the back and try again. But this only happens when the BIOS is in optimized default, the
    problems go away when I use fail-safe. But then my AMD Athlon 2600 only runs at 1.25GHz.
    My question is what is causing this problem, the memory works nice on other pc's.
