    Hi guys,

Ive just bought a new system, based around the Epox 8RDA3i motherboard,
    with a 2800+ XP thoroughbred CPU, and a 512 Mb PC2700 module.

With default BIOS settings, the CPU was severely neutered. After asking a
few questions i changed the FSB setting in the bios, and 200 wouldnt boot,
giving an overclocking failure. 166 produced severe instability, and 133
only generated a clock speed of 1.81 GHz (albeit very stable).

What am i doing wrong? Im guessing theres something fairly fundamental that
ive missed out, as this chip should be much faster than this, and much more
    stable too.

If anyone can offer any help, it would be greatly appreciated, and if any
more information is required, ill supply it as needed.

    Thanks
