8X, 4X, 2X agp video cards

all AGP 2.0 specification expansion buses use 1.5v to my understanding, someone correct me if im wrong

This has probably been answered before....so..what are the voltages for the Geforce 3 ti 200 . I want to use this card on a ABIT IS7. Is this card compatible to the 1.5v / .08v on the IS7.? Also will a Geforce 2 MX 200 work with this board ? I compared the edges where they sit into the agp slot and they are the same. Universal agp ??
