925 XE powers on for a second then turns off

I have a msi 925xe when the power button is turned on the pc gets power for all of 3 - 5 seconds and then the pc powers down and it will not power up it just keeps repeating this process, if I keep trying to turn pc on. I was wondering if any one else has experience this type of is with this model motherboard?MSI 925XE Neo Platinum-54G LGA 775 Intel 925XE ATX Intel Motherboard
