A64 Overclocking, XMS-4400 or XMS-3200XL Pro?

Title says it all; I have the 4400 currently but am considering going back
downward to 3200 stuff. I bought the XMS 4400 to reach high HTT @ 1:1 speeds
but am curious if in the long run I'd be better off going with the lower
    latency 3200, TIA...

The speed of the bus has a direct impact on latency. PC4400 CAS 2.5 for
instance means it will run 2.5 on a bus at 275MHz. PC3200 CAS 2 means it
will run 2 on a bus of 200MHz. IOW's it very likely that the PC 4400 ram
will run cas 2 at 200MHz
    ..
