Hi

I'm trying to upgrade my BE6-II mainbord with a coppermine P3 1000Mhz/100MhzFSB processor. The processor is a socket370 just like the one I have mounted now (Celeron 450/66). I have the celeron mounted on an Epox EP-S1C slotket. The EP-S1C jumper settings to select 66/100/133 FSB but eventhough I change it and reset the CMOS it still won't boot. Any help would be greately apreciated.

Is your slotket version 1.2 or higher? Earlier versions aren't Coppermine compatible.

What does "won't boot" mean? How far does it get?

That answers it then, it's rev. 0.5
