    I have a new ABIT IS7 Motherboard.
    SATA Raptor Hard DRive
    2 512MB PC3200 DDR RAM
    P4 2.6
    ATI 9200 SE
and other pci devices which are disconnected.
    500 Watt PS

Plugged everything in. Power on and get fans spinning, 2 led lights,
but no output from monitor. No beeps either (monitor works on other
    computer)

Tried known good video card - same result
removed all IDE connections and left SATA for HD - same result
remove CMOS battery and rest CMOS Jumper - Same result
re-seat all power connections - same result
remove 1 RAM chip and leave one in - same result
    re-seat CPU - same result

    Any Ideas???

  2. Presumably you've connected the ATX12v power header *as well as* the normal
    ATX plug?
