hi i have a kd7 raid mother board with 1 gig:)of kingston ddr400 pc/3200with an 80 gig caviar hd and amd xp300+ cpu with a radieon 9200 series graphics card 128 with a phoenix award bios v6.00 i need help to setup the bois and soft menu setting to get the best performance for gaming im a heavy gamer ps thanks
