abit kt7a raid with win2k can't find hdd in bios

so my soft menu III doesn't see the C: drive, and shows the two cdr drives instead. when i ask it to detect hdd it doesn't find it. however the drive is visible (usable) in windows. I need to format it with my 2k floppys and it tells me it can't see the hdd... any ideas? thanks

Which IDE connetor is it connect to.

Is it on either IDE 3 or 4.

If so then you'll need to supply Win 2K with the raid drivers for that controller or move the drive onto either IDE 1 or 2.
