ABIT NF7-s and OCZ Memory

Hey,
I was looking at getting some OCZ PC3500 or PC3200 EL memory for my ABIT NF7-S motherboard and was wondering if many other people had this type memory and how it performed in this board.

I have 1 512MB stick of PC3500EL and I can run at 228MHz 6-3-2 Cas2. I can't get past 228, but I don't know if that's the memory or the chipset. Still I am very pleased with 228 straight out of the box.
