Abit ST6-raid Mother Board

Lighting did its thing I guess on my Mothers machine, machine was off. Not sure if the P3 or the MB went but the machine will not POST. Fans come on and run but no beep for a POST. Is there any source for a working Abit ST6-R motherboard that anybody is aware of.

Half way think that it is the CPU, but have no real way to check. Feels like being the old chicken or Egg question (MB or P3)
