i am interested in this Motherboard

    Socket LGA 775
    Supports Intel Core 2 Quad/Core 2 Duo/Pentium Dual-Core/Celeron Dual-Core/Celeron 400 Series Processor
    Supports FSB 800/1066/1333MHz

    2 x PCI Slots
    1 x PCI-E x16 Slot

    4 x SATA2 3Gb/s Connector
    1 x IDE Connector

Its 80$. Is it worth the price? BTW its a New Piece, not a used one.

One more thing i wanna know is , i saw one CPU, 3.40GHZ, Pentium 4, LGA775 compatible, with FAN, for 50$. Is it worth the price. BTW CPU is used, not the new one.
