installed it. been thru Aopen Dr open thing list of things i changed to no
    avail is as follows

    Bios every revision they have
    RAM
    Hard Drives
    Power Supply
    CPU Cooler

In fact the only thing i havent done is replace the Mobo!!!!!!!!!!!
BUT for the last 5hrs (the board has never lasted more than 1hr before
rebooting) Ive been running Prime95 (agood stress testing util) on torture
test and all seems fin i am acctually writing this post on the system the
only thing that i have done to make this happen (as all the changed kit do
was cost me money the problem stayed.)was to reset the bios to system
defaults then change AGP Driving from Auto to manual and set it at 90 from
9B.(I have No idea what it is) also in the bios changed the Vlink from X8 to
X4 (again no idea) but the system seems stable :)
