Does it run ok on KT7A-RAID ? What FSB/Multiplier?

Yes it will run on a KT7A, but it will default to 20x100 for 2000MHz. From there you can change it. See multiplier Cross Ref. in link below. The 3000+/333 has a default 13 multiplier.
