Ive recently bought me a new system, the mobo is a fatality an8 with an
    amd64 3200+ cpu.
Im running win xp SP2 and ive installed the lateste driver from
(at least i think its the latest driver:
Cool 'n' quiet is enabled in my bios as well.
I have my power scheme set to minimal as suggested but still cool 'n'
    quit wont kick in...

im useing CPU-Z v1.29 to monitor the clock speed but it keeps going on
2gHz, even when idle for long periods.

Does anyone know what i could be doing wrong?
ive been looking for guides on how to get it to work but none of them
have steps i didnt allready do.
    Any help would be appreciated.
