Is anyone running a SCSI board on any of the IC7 series MOBO? If so, what controller and mobo?

The 2 year itch has struck, and it looks like one of the IC7 series boards would fill the bill (don't know yet which one). My current setup has all HDDs hung off an Adaptec 29160N and I'd like to bring them forward (controller+HDDs).

I run an Adaptec 29160 in my IC7-G to handle a couple of SCSI hard drives but I boot to a SATA raid 0 on SATA 1 & 2 (ICH5-R) and have a couple of CD burner/DVD-ROM drives on the regular IDE channels and I have disabled the SCSI bios so it does not interfere with the drive order and boot. no issues...

Thanks, for the info Tom. I, too, have a cd burner and dvd burner on regular IDE channels - so that's also good to know. (My current system mobo is a KT7A-RAID (no RAID implementation though)).

No problems.
