Anyone here using CUDA yet?

I'm interested in the differences/similarities to BrookGPU. Since a
couple of the big cheeses at nvidia involved in this led that project,
I'm hoping they're more alike than not. I've got some MD FFT stuff I
wrote using brook to interface to Mathematica, and before I go through
the effort (NDA, qualification, etc.) to try and get CUDA, I'm
interested in getting a very rough idea of what the porting effort
    might be like.

    Thanks
