I'm currently running the KT7 with a 900mh Thunderbird and was wondering if the board would handle a XP 2100 with the b core? From what I've read the KT7A can but all I've read is that the fastest cpu that the KT7 can handle is the Athlon 1400(100) which has the L1 bridges disconnected.

Thanks,

Len

See sig line. See link.

Len,

KT7-Raid V1.0 board here, with XP1800+ clocked to 1.8Ghz. Updated the BIOS prior to installation of the CPU, and I have Crucial PC133 memory.

I Use a Xp2200 to test KT7's after I fix em, so far no problem. (that is if I don't smash another AMD core, I think they are made outta old soda crackers)
