Assistance getting Windows 2000 as ACPI compliant on LX-6

Am trying to load Windows 2000 on a A-bit LX-6. Will only set up as Standard PC. When attempting to install as ACPI compliant system reboot upon load drivers.

Any suggestions or more current bios then current posted on A0bit web site?
