Just looking for some assistance. I have an older board and chipset and am looking for some easy, mildly inexpensive upgrades that I can use to boost performance. I currently run Windows XP Professional with SP2. I have one stick of Kingston ram DDR400 PC3200 1GIG Hyper X. I am using a nVIDIA GeForce 6600 MSI NX6600 VTD256 Graphics card. I have a AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 1.8 Ghz chipset. In addition, my HDD is a 200 gig seagate SATA drive. I don't know much more about it, my brother gave it to me for free. My CD drive is a 52x24x52x Lite-On LTR and a SONY DVD-ROM DDU1621. I have no idea what that last designator means. I don't even know how to check my PSU without taking the side of the case off. Thanks for your input everyone.
