Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe ... Bios Problem?

    Hi all,


    sorry to bother you guys but, I've had this motherboard for about 2 years and i'm just now getting to use it. I tried to put my Windows XP on it and it started hanging on me. Eventually, everything started hanging. I'm 99% sure that my BIOS is outdate but when I boot a floppy, it hangs at "starting" and when I boot a CD, i get a NLTDR error. I'm not sure if i'm burning the image wrong or not but regardless, i'm having the time of my life. Help?
