Asus T2-P Motherboard - USB no longer works

Asus Terminator 2 Series motherboard that comes in Black/Silver box has both front and rear USB ports no longer working in Windows XP Pro.

I've tried re-flashing the motherboard and re-installing XP Pro from scratch, and Windows XP still fails to detect ANY USB device connected to it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
