Asus TUF Gaming B450M II

    Hi,
    I have just upgraded my Desktop PC with one of these boards, a Ryzen 5 3600 Processor, new RAM and Graphics.

    The issue I have, is that there is a RGB light behind? the board which is On when the PC is powered off.

    I have found the Aura [F4] setting, which is either [ON] (when system is in working state [off -> [On]) or
    [Off] (When system is in sleep, off, hibernate, or soft off state [On] -> [Off])

    Which ever position [F4] (Aura) is in (On or Off) the RGB is lit when the PC is switched off.

    Is it possible to switch is off altogether please ?

    I have tried to contact Asus support, but they ask for the serial number, and In spite of me typing in <wmic bios get serialnumber.> to the CMD prompt the serial number it comes up with is "not in the correct format", so I can go no further.
