My friend has this board, and he has problems getting it to boot now and again. It either boots and runs fine for a while or it will not get past the post. If he or I disconnect everything then reconnect it it wil run fine again.

System is :
above mobo
xp 2700
SA 9700 pro
creative audigy
3x512 crucial pc2700 ddr
wd cav 80gig hard drive
2x barracuda IV 80
dvd rom pioneer
liteon cdrw
enermax 5XX watt power supply
os is Win ME/ XP home

He may have the 9700 pro running of another device, try swapping the power leads around, or remove one device at a time, It has been known for Enermax psu's to get tied.
